  1. Chad and Susan at Ear-Resistible Hearing Center provided an extremely caring, honest and professional experience. My mother went through the hearing exam and trial period for new hearing aids. Unfortunately, her hearing loss was to a point that the new hearing aids did not show a dramatic improvement so she returned them for a full refund and a no questions asked experience. Ear-Resistible Hearing repaired and serviced her old hearing aids at no charge. After experiencing several other hearing centers over the years, I would highly recommend Ear-Resistible Hearing as a first rate business!

  2. Casey was very professional and really took time explaining things. I did, however, return the hearing aids after two weeks. It has now been 30 days, and I have not received the promised refund. I will update this review accordingly, once that has happened.

  3. My mother-in-law is visiting us in FL from the farther reaches of the Northeast and was having intermittent problems with one of her Phonak hearing aids. It would work fine and then suddenly sound like “someone has a thumb in my ear” [as she said].

    We called Phonak, but customer service doesn’t take calls – they take numbers and promise to call back in 24-48 hours.

    So, I called Ear-Resistable to see if they could make repairs or, at least, determine whether the hearing aid needed to go back to the factory. The receptionist was very pleasant, answered every question and was able to get us in to see a HA specialist in less than 2 hours.

    Casey checked out the hearing aid and found it was in proper working order. She asked more questions to see whether the problem could be with the fit. Looking into the ear, Casey saw wax had built up. When the HA moved around in the ear, it was likely hitting the wax and that was muffling the sound.

    Casey cleaned out my M-I-L’s ears and put a new wax filter in the HA.

    So far, everything’s working out great! We are very happy with how thorough Casey was, how she took time to answer our questions and send my M-I-L off with good hearing again.

    Oh yeah, there was no charge for all this great service.
